All About MSBY Black Jackal Team

MSBY Black Jackal (Japanese: Musubi Burakku Jakkaru), shortened to MSBY Black Jackals in English translation, is a professional volleyball team in Japan’s V.League, playing in Division 1’s top tier. The team’s house is in Higashiosaka, Osaka, in the city district of Ohasuhigashi.

BACKGROUND

The 9-man volleyball team “Kamiyui Seiko Volleyball Club” was founded in 1949 by a group of volleyball fans. In 1960, they switched to a 6-man configuration, and in 1971, they joined the official Japanese league. In 1981, the team won their first trophy, but soon after, they started to struggle. They made a brief return in 1985, but they were already struggling. The squad eventually recovered its dominance and claimed the 11th and 12th V.League Championships in successive years.

“Connecting people together through their hard work” is the slogan of MSBY, an automobile manufacturing company. The acronym is derived from the Japanese word “(Musubi),” which means “connection.” The word “Black Jackal” refers to the team’s target of outstanding coordination, which is akin to jackals hunting for food. Furthermore, since jackals are omnivores, the name was selected in the hopes that the team will have an insatiable desire to expand.

UNIFORM

The uniform consists of a black shirt and black shorts with three gold stripes slashed over the front and back, resembling a claw mark. “MSBY” and the uniform number are printed in white on the jersey, along with the team’s logo.

• MSBY Black Jackal is written of the singular form of both the Japanese and English versions.
• MSBY Black Jackals is the plural version of the team name, according to Viz Media.
• In the English edition, Oriver Barnes is called Oliver Barnes.
• In the English translation, Adriah Tomas is changed to Adriah Thomas.
• MSBY Black Jackal appears to be based on the Panasonic Panthers, a V.League team based in Osaka that has a black panther as its emblem.

Haikyuu will announce who will win the final game between Hinata and Kageyama in 2020. The manga series Haikyuu!! may be coming to an end with the next episode, but series creator Haruichi Furudate has been slowly working toward this conclusion during the series’ final arc, in which Shoyo Hinata and Tobio Kageyama’s respective pro volleyball teams face off in a fierce match to settle their rivalry. At least, that’s what it looked like the final arc was doing when Hinata and Kageyama started their final game against each other. But, as the results showed, it turned out to be yet another game in the middle of a long-running rivalry that had grown off the page over the years.

Following Karasuno High School’s first bout at the Spring Nationals tournament, Haikyuu!! started its final arc with a shocking timeskip that pushed the series several years into the future. As a result, Hinata and Kageyama joined the MSBY Black Jackals and Scheweiden Adlers, respectively, as professional teams. As a result, the two of them were scheduled to play one more game in the series.

As the final game progressed, we had a better look at how all of our childhood characters have matured as adults. This meant a chance for both Kageyama (who had been honing his talents in the pro league) and Hinata to show off their new skills (who had been spending the last few years training at Beach Volleyball in Brazil).
